Management

General Manager

Base salary: $913-$1,000/week; pay reviews conducted annually.

Bonus: Monthly profit sharing of up to 5% of net profits; profit sharing begins the second full month in a management position; weekly evaluations quantify operational and financial performance; scores will relate directly to the percentage of bonus.

Benefits: One week of paid vacation after one full year as a manager; two weeks of paid vacation after two or more years.

Hours: General Managers are required to work 55 hours within a five-day work week, closing four out of those five days.

General Responsibilities:*

  • Building Culture: Create a successful culture focused on customers and profitability
  • Team Building: Hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, evaluating performance
  • Cost Control: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper and supplies; checking in received orders.
  • Production: Overseeing production, portion control, waste, and pilferage.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, service, cleanliness & atmosphere; handling customer issues to ensure repeat business.
  • Mandatory Meetings: General Managers must attend all official Manager’s meetings.

Annual Salary: $47,746 – $52,000

Bonus: Up to $40,000/year

Estimated Total:  $47,746 to $92,000/year

Manager/Assistant Manager

Base salary: $10-12/hour; pay reviews conducted annually.

Benefits: Up to 55 hours of PTO after one full year as a manager.

Hours: We offer flexible hours and schedules; qualified managers must work up to 50 hours a week.

General Responsibilities:*

  • Building Culture: Create a successful culture focused on customers and profitability
  • Team Building: Facilitating training, evaluating performance, and communicating with the General Manager
  • Cost Control:  Ordering within pars set by the General Manager; checking in received orders.
  • Production: Overseeing production, portion control, waste, and pilferage.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, service, cleanliness & atmosphere; handling customer issues to ensure repeat business.
  • Mandatory Meetings: Managers must attend all official Manager’s meetings as scheduling allows.

Annual Salary: $28,600- $34,320 (based on 50 hours/week)

Manager in Training

Trial and training period: All new managers are subject to one to two weeks of training and observation.

Base salary: Training Managers are paid within the MIT hourly pay scale of $9.00-10.00 per hour (40 hour limit). Follow-on pay scale and job requirements will be determined and will commence upon completion of training and approval by Area Management.

Operations

Servers

Priorities include:

  1. Greeting guests and providing a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  2. Providing counter service and full table service to guests
  3. Assisting in the production of salads and sandwiches etc.
  4. Completing typical front-of-house side work

Customer service experience is appreciated, but not required: training is available.

Flexible hours are available for full or part-time positions.

Servers must be 18 or older to serve alcohol.

Pay Rate: $5.03/hourly plus tips

Delivery Drivers

Priorities include:

  1. Delivering caller orders to residents, businesses, and hotels
  2. Taking caller orders for pick-up and delivery
  3. Assisting in the production of salads and sandwiches etc.
  4. Completing typical back-of-house side work

Drivers are required to have:

  • Their own vehicle in sound condition that will accept the use of a lit car topper
  • A valid Florida Drivers License, a registered vehicle, and current insurance to deliver for Flippers Pizzeria

Drivers are also subject to a 3yr motor vehicle record check.

Pay Rate: $5.15-8/hour plus tips plus $0.75/delivery

Pizza Makers

Priorities include:

  1. Assisting in production of food, focusing mainly on the pizza line
  2. Taking caller orders for pick-up and delivery
  3. Assisting in the production of salads and sandwiches etc.
  4. Completing typical back-of-house side work

Experience with hand tossed pizzas is appreciated, but it is not required: training is available.

Pay Rate: Up to $11/hour

Bakery

General Manager

Base salary: $600 – 700 per week

Bonus: Monthly profit sharing of up to 8%

Benefits: one week of paid vacation after one full year as a manager; car allowance and health care given after three months

Hours: 5 am – 3 pm/50 Hours weekly

Annual Salary: $31,200 to 36,400

Bonus: $15,000 – 24,000/yearly

Health Care: $4,800/yearly

Estimated Total: $51,000 to $65,000/yearly

Production Manager

Base salary: $500 to 600 weekly

Bonus: monthly profit sharing of up to 5%

Benefits: one week of paid vacation after one full year as a manager; health care allowance given after three months

Hours: 5 am – 3 pm/50 hours weekly

Annual Salary: $26,200 to 31,200

Bonus: $9,000 – $15,000/yearly

Health Care: $1,200/yearly

Estimated Total: $36,200 to 47,400/yearly

Assistant Production Manager

Base Salary: $575 weekly

Hours: 5 am – 3 pm/50 hours weekly

Annual Salary:  $30,000
